• Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (“MLDL”) is developing a residential Project “Mahindra Citadel” situated at CTS 4854, Sub Plot A, situate at Village Pimpri Waghere, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, 411018 bearing RERA No. P52100047656 dated 17/11/2022 valid up to 30/06/2028, RERA No. P52100053150 dated 17/10/2023 valid up to 30/06/2029 & RERA No. P52100053012 dated 10/10/2023 valid up to 30/03/2030 available on http://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in (“Project”). MLDL is inviting offers/applications for booking of apartment/s through its Early Booking Window (“EBW”).
• You can select your preference for an apartment in the Project by submitting the preference form (“EBW Application Form”). By submitting the EBW Application Form and making an online payment as EBW Token Amount (“EBW Token Amount”) to MLDL, your unique EBW number shall be generated (“Unique Number”) and the same is subject to realization of the payment made by you. 
• An incomplete EBW Application Form is liable to be rejected. Some of the illustrations of an incomplete EBW Application Form is as follows: (i) the cheque/ demand draft/ banker’s cheque issued by the Applicant is dishonoured or returned unpaid for any reason whatsoever, or the EBW Token Amount/ Booking Amount through RTGS/ NEFT is not realized by MLDL, or (ii) Payments towards EBW Token Amount or Booking Amount(s) are made from the account of a third party.
